Ukraine, WHO And The Geopolitics Of Swine Flu Panic

Latest reports of what is being called a deadly Swine Flu outbreak in Ukraine according to on sight reports appear to be a political concoction by a threatened government to avoid election defeat and possibly declare martial law. The details indicate how convenient the current WHO "Swine Flu" H1N1 "pandemic" scare is for regimes in trouble.
Worldwide media reports in recent days have painted a picture of Ukraine as being under the Black Plague or worse. One of the most egregious panic-mongers has been Pittsburgh Swine Flu "mapper" Dr Henry Niman who earlier falsely predicted H5N1 Avian Flu would mutate into a deadly human-to-human pandemic. It didn't.
Niman's map of the spread of alleged H1N1 Swine Flu since April has given WHO, the US Government and CNN and major media a convenient graphic to create the image of a new type of "bubonic plague" threatening mankind unless we react with massive doses of untested vaccines from such unscrupulous pharma bigs like GlaxoSmithKline or Novartis or Roche with its dangerous Tamiflu drugs.
Early on Niman reported about events in Ukraine: "The rapid rise in reported infections, hospitalizations, and deaths in the past few days raise concerns that the virus is transmitting very efficientlythe spike in fatalities and the frequency in hemorrhagic cases in Ukraine have raised concerns." Niman added the alarming note, "The number of infected patients has almost doubled to just under million, compared to the report two days ago."
That's pretty scary stuff. It conjures images of the reports of the Black Death in 1348 which is said to have killed up to 60% of Europe's population. Though that history has been challenged, the image as well as the equally terrifying if incorrect panic image of the so-called Spanish Flu of 1918, are being applied in Ukraine.
Reality check?
The WHO, the de facto criminal organization responsible for declaration of the H1N1 Pandemic last summer, allowing Governments like the USA and Ukraine to declare martial law and a national state of emergency, suspending all rights and imposing arrests and detentions, has validated the dubious Ukraine claims of out-of-control spread of Swine Flu. A WHO press statement November 3 declared, "Laboratory testing in Ukraine has confirmed pandemic H1N1 influenza virus in samples taken from patients in two of the most affected regions. As the pandemic virus has rapidly become the dominant influenza strain worldwide, it can be assumed that most cases of influenza in Ukraine are caused by the H1N1 virus."
The WHO added, "The outbreak in Ukraine may be indicative of how the virus can behave in the northern hemisphere during the winter season, particularly in health care settings typically found in Eastern Europe. Given the potential significance of this outbreak as an early warning signal, WHO commends the government of Ukraine for its transparent reporting and open sharing of samples." The samples have been sent to the WHO Mill Hill Influenza Reference Lab in London, not exactly inspiring confidence in a scientifically honest report given the record of UK health authorities in manipulating data to please the vaccine giants like GlaxoSmithKline.
WHO "strongly recommends early treatment with the antiviral drugs, oseltamivir or zanamivir, for patients who meet treatment criteria, even in the absence of a positive laboratory test confirming H1N1 infection." That means Tamiflu, the highly dangerous drug whose major shareholder includes former Pentagon head Don Rumsfeld. And it means GlaxoSmithKline, maker of the reportedly equally dangerous rival Relenza drug. The drugs produce precisely the symptoms of severe lung complications found in flu and in some cases have reportedly caused death.
Ukrainian election geopolitics
The bizarre developments in Ukraine over the past two weeks are being blamed inside the country on intense Ukrainian election politics. In four months national elections in Ukraine are due. Among rival candidates are Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and her chief rival, Arseniy Yatseniuk.
Since Washington financed and organized the 2004 Orange Revolution that brought a pro-NATO Victor Yushchenko in as President, Ukraine politics has been a geopolitical tug-of war between Moscow and Washington. How the current political games around allegations of H1N1 panic play into that tug of war is not yet clear.
The recent speech in Warsaw by Vice President Joe Biden offering Poland and the Czech Republic a "new and improved" version of US anti-missile defense against Russia only four weeks after Obama announced the US was backing out of a controversial earlier missile defense plan for the two eastern European countries underscores the shambles of US strategic policy towards Russia. Russia has been quick to take advantage as might be expected, as a US missile shield on its borders, as I detail in Full Spectrum Dominance: Totalitarian Democracy in the New World Order, gives the US a long-sought nuclear primacy over its only potential strategic rival on the planet. At that point the resistance of the rest of the world to incalculable or objectionable US policies, whether in Iraq, Afghanistan, Georgia or wherever, becomes moot.
It's clear Moscow has been working quietly to bring Ukraine, an original part of Kiev Rus, and a strategically essential part of the Russian economy, back into a more friendly "NATO-free" relationship after five years of Orange Revolution chaos in Ukraine under Yushchenko. .
Yatseniuk, a 35 year old former banker and aide to Washington's darling, President Viktor Yushchenko, has charged that Tymoshenko is deliberately fostering unnecessary panic in order to impose martial law and suspend elections that she might well lose to Yatseniuk.
There definitely are political games going on by one or another faction in the economically devastated Ukraine. Oleksandr Bilovol, Ukraine's Deputy Minister of Health, claims the outbreak of flu cases in Ukraine has been essentially contained in 11 out of 25 Ukrainian regions, with the number of people allegedly stricken with H1N1 only 15% higher than figures reported in previous years. "Figures in other the regions are in line with 2007 and 2008," Bilovol said. As well the number of reported deaths is also in line with deaths annually attributed to ordinary influenza.
Tymoshenko declared the outbreak as the threat of the third level the highest possible to unlock spending of up to 3 billion hryvnias to combat the swine flu. Among measures imposed by the decree include shutting down schools and public gatherings for three weeks across Ukraine, with the government also considering introducing restrictions on movement of people between the regions.
Yatseniuk said the ban on public gatherings spreads fear and panic helping Tymoshenko to promote herself on television, while hindering other presidential candidates to campaign.
Yatseniuk is Tymoshenko's biggest rival as both compete for votes in western regions of Ukraine. He is perhaps the only candidate that may challenge Tymoshenko in the first round of vote on January 17, 2010 to enter the runoff with opposition leader Viktor Yanukovych.
Yatseniuk said the panic spread by the government helps overshadow issues politically damaging to Tymoshenko, including pedophile and the murder scandals involving Tymoshenko lawmakers, and Ukraine's dismal economic performance.
Prime Minister Tymoshenko, whatever the real facts of the case, is using the WHO Swine Flu panic scenario to the hilt. In a recent statement, she stated, "We cannot relax even for a moment because the World Health Organization predicts two more waves of flu, including the bird flu, are expected in Ukraine. There is no alternative to vaccination. The entire world is going this way" A day earlier she admitted she was not vaccinated and that she prefers "like all other people" plans to rely on garlic, onion and lemon as a way of preventing the flu.
Ukraine Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn accuses Tymoshenko as well, declaring, "You've organized the flu epidemic in order to avoid responsibility for not supplying heat to houses, schools, higher educational establishments, and kindergartens," he said in Parliament. And Orange Revolution President, Yushchenko has declared there was no reason for declaring an emergency in Ukraine. "There are no such reasons," Yushchenko said. "I am not a supporter of measures that freeze the country, restrict its operation to levels that is hard to justify."
Ihor Popov, Deputy Chief of Staff to Yushchenko, said that in case of emergency the election, which is due on Jan. 17, 2010, would have to be "rescheduled."
Germany joins Swine Flu corruption
Not only is the Ukrainian government apparently using fears of Swine Flu pandemic to change the domestic political calculus, and President Barack Obama using the fears to impose an unnecessary state of emergency. Now it comes out that the responsible German health authorities are caught in a corrupt conflict of interest with the very pharma giants profiting from government decisions on "anti-swine flu" vaccines.
The recent issue of the German weekly Der Spiegel, reports that members of the European Scientific Working Group on Influenza (ESWI), which claims to be an independent scientific advisory body advising EU member governments on policies regarding H1N1 influenza, is anything but independent. It's being financed by Big Pharma. ESWI claims it brings together scientific "key opinion leaders in influenza." However the sole financial backers are 10 pharmaceutical companies, including GlaxoSmithKline -- manufacturer of the German swine flu vaccine -- and Roche -- producer of the antiviral drug Tamiflu.
The group lists Walter Haas as one of its scientific advisors. Haas coordinates Germany's flu pandemic preparedness measures at the Robert-Koch-Institut (RKI), the federal institute for disease research. ESWI portrays itself as an independent group of scientists. But even the organization's own statute tells a different story, describing its role as advising politicians and health authorities on "the benefits and safety of influenza vaccines and antivirals" and initiating "a policy for antiviral provisions."
The degree of fraud, deceit, official coverup and outright criminal endangerment of the broad population by the current Swine Flu hysteria is seemingly without precedent.

'Are we fighting a war on terror or aren't we? Was it or was it not started by radical Islamic people who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001 and have continually threatened to do so since?
Were people from all over the world, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan , across the Potomac from the nation's capitol and in a field in Pennsylvania ?
Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn't they?
And I'm supposed to care that a few Taliban were claiming to be tortured by a justice system of the nation they come from and are fighting against in a brutal insurgency.
I'll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.
I'll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere belief of which is a crime punishable by beheading in Afghanistan

I'll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for hacking off Nick Berg's head while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat.
I'll care when the cowardly so-called 'insurgents' in Afghanistan come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques and behind women and children.

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and 'fed special food' that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being 'mishandled, ' you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts:

And oh, by the way, I've noticed that sometimes it's spelled 'Koran' and other times 'Quran.' Well, Jimmy Crack Corn you guessed it,

They spoiled my Halloween with X-mas decorations. Why? Well I have a theory. Now those of you who know how I feel about religion, I want to get something out of the way. Yes, I believe Jesus was a real person, he wasn't the son of some random god but he was an activist and a martyr and for that I respect him. It takes real guts and conviction to die for your beliefs. Okay that's out of the way.
It's probably just me, but have you notice that the Thanksgiving themed things (ya know, scarecrows, gourds, those weird wicked...coney thingys, I think they're like cornacopias...I don't know, and other centerpieces) have been...kinda hard to find. I found a few small scarecrows in a dollar store, but they have five full shelves of X-mas stuff. I remember when I was little, there was always some sort of Thanksgiving themed item, but as I got old, I noticed that they're numbers are fewer. I used to see little ceremic figures, the ones with the big eyes and little mouths. They freaked me out, but my mom seemed to like them. Now I go into the big stores, like Target and there isn't much there. Why? This is my theory.
Marketing isn't just big business. In fact, if you go into a store, everything in there was placed in a certain area for a reason. Like have you ever noticed, the big cans that actually a better deal than the smaller cans are always at the bottom of the shelves and the ones that are reasonably priced, but not as great as a deal are in the middle within actually reach and eye view? That's marketing. Another example is the candy next to check out. Have you ever noticed that the candy papers normally have cartoons and bright colors? It catches the eye of the children, why do you think that Joe Camel cartoon of camel cigarettes disappeared almost overnight? The deal bins are normally up front where people will see them as they walk in. Haven't you ever gone into the store set on buy two or three things, but see those things in the bins at such a low price, you buy them? Marketing is very manipulative, especially if you don't know that much about it. Personally, my snack shopping is always done at the dollar stores. You can get two generic 3 litter bottles of soda for the price of one brand name 2 liter soda. Also be careful with brand name association. They're not band-aids, they're adhesive strips. It's not Windex, it's glass cleaner, and other things like that, but I digress.
The theory (according to myself and my bestest UCF alumni friend who has a degree in business like myself) is that people will more likely impulsively buy things if they see X-mas decorations. Sounds weird, but think about it. X-mas, the time for giving, decorating your house so much you can see it from space at night, and tree trimming (I don't know about you, but there are already people selling them here...in 80 degree weather). And there are already adds in the paper about the indoor snowy wonderlands. It just puts people in the mood to shop. Even for themselves. The mall here is actually getting busy again. I believe they started to put the decorations up earily than three years ago because that was the first signs of uh-oh. People traditionally buy more around the holidays, the atmosphere actually puts people in the mood to shop. It's the same concept as when you hear or smell certain things, you think of other things. Like when I smell old spice, I think of my grandfather or when I see that weird white cotton fake snow, I think of my mother's cereamic light up snowy village she used to put up every year, until our black cat kept playing catzilla. I'm sure there is a technical term for this, but when people hear, see, smell and even sometimes taste certain things, certain memories or events are trigger. My poor friend can't enjoy marshmellows anymore because of a little incident during a camping trip. Now of course hearing the music and seeing the lights can sometimes trigger these memories of holiday's past. The good, like your brother actually remembering your favorite, the bad, like your grandmother, giving you a barbie at age 19 and giving your brothe...T-T, and the ugly like your dogs tearing apart the plush toy you got them in less than five minutes. These memories, good or bad are actually impulses to do just as well or better than the year before. Marketing says money can't buy happiness, that's what shopping is for.
Now this theory is still just a theory, but marketing practices have been wrapped around this theory for over a decade, if not longer. If there are any other theories about why there are bring out decorations earlier every year, please share.

Identity Theft has been the number one white collar crime for the last eight years in America. Business and Consumer losses due to “Identity Theft” in 2009 are estimated to be between SIXTY and SEVENTY BILLION DOLLARS ($60,000,000,000). They are part of the reason why we have this mess.
Since November 2008, our organization has received approximately twelve hundred phone calls or E-Mails from victims all over the country. This doesn’t include the more than sixty thousand visitors we have had on our web site this past year.
Besides the cases involving stolen credit cards, debit cards and checking account information, we have received numerous inquiries concerning skimming and security breaches from these victims. One victim had her name, address and driver’s license number stolen by a “Identity Theft Check Fraud Ring” in Texas and the thieves wrote over sixty thousand dollars in fraudulent checks against her. The thieves didn’t have her bank account information, but her driver’s license number led investigators back to her. She ended up with three arrest warrants for check fraud against her. It took our organization a month to clear up the matter with the authorities.
This is why our organization is launching our “National Awareness and Educational Seminar Series” entitled, “Identity Theft, The Financial Raping of America” in North Texas on Monday Evening, November 23rd, 2009 under this new affiliation. It’s now possible to connect with the homeless
so you can listen to their stories and communicate that you care.
The homeless are real people, with real lives, real feelings, real hopes and dreams. They are men and women who have lost their homes and families; they are brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, fathers and mothers, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. Each one has a real-life story with real reasons for their homelessness.
Homeless Partners depends on media coverage and word of mouth to make the community aware of the website. Media publicity is the main thing needed to make the project work. We welcome any celebrities who would like to participate in photo ops to help publicize the project. Everyone involved in the project works on a volunteer basis. All donations are in the form of gifts, cards and letters that go directly from the donor to the recipient at the shelter where he/she is residing.
Homeless individuals are interviewed at shelters. They are asked for their Christmas Wish List as well as a little about their personal “stories” - whatever they feel comfortable sharing. The community members can read the stories and make a personal connection by pledging gifts on the website.
The Homeless Partners Christmas Wish List project is being undertaken by DFW Church of Christ partnering with the Main Street Church of Christ. Everyone involved is a non-profit organization with a 501 (c) (3) status.

Was the Ford Hood massacre a White Psyop?
This was sent to us by a South American reader(Hat tip : Blanko). Was this the result of a lone wolf or something far more sinister? While this act should be condemned , we must also remember that those who orchestrated 9/11, lied about Iraq(resulting in the deaths of over 1.3 million of its citizens) cannot be trusted to speak the truth. The following article raises some very interesting points. In what one Russian Military Analyst (jokingly?) speculated could possibly be a “very sick” way of publicizing a new American movie opening this week about the US Pentagons decades long experiments in mind-control technology (“The Men Who Stare At Goats”), has instead, according to these reports, resulted in a tragic massacre of at least 13 US Soldiers preparing for deployment to the Iraq war from the giant US military base of Fort Hood, Texas. From Western propaganda news media reports on this massacre the American people are being told that a US Army Military Trained Psychiatrist, Major Nidal Malik Hasan [photo top left], became despondent over his recently receiving orders to deploy to Iraq and in “typical” lone gunman fashion “decided” to open fire on hundreds of his fellow soldiers killing and wounding them without discrimination. Completing the “new legend” (in almost record time too) about this “lone gunman” being made responsible for this massacre, the Western propaganda machines are reporting such idiocies as Major Hasan having previously “complained to relatives of harassment by fellow-officers mocking him for being Middle Eastern” (Major Hasan’s parents came from small Palestinian town near Jerusalem) and his “attracting the attention of police six months ago for internet postings analyzing the motives of suicide bombers that was not formally investigated”. Interesting to note in these reports, however, about Major Hasan is his past psychiatric training, paid for by the US Military, at Virginia Tech University where he graduated from that schools Center for Applied Behavior Systems with a degree in biochemistry, a school which FSB reports have long warned “is most likely” one of the US Department of Defenses top PSYOP training centers and where in April, 2007, it suffered the worst school massacre in US history when a Chinese student named Seung-Hui Cho, reported to be a subject to mind-control experiments, single-handedly gunned down 32 fellow students. Even more interesting to note is that from the initial chaotic scene of the Fort Hood massacre not just the wounded Major Hanson taking into custody, but so were three other “alleged” gunmen, two of whom were released leaving one, at last report, still in US Army custody. Now to understand the circumstances that placed Major Hasan at Fort Hood in the first place one has to understand that he was one of the US Militaries top PSYOP specialists and had received his medical degree, with honors, from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, in 2001, and did his internship at Walter Reed Army Hospital. Major Hasan then became one of the top researchers at the US Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress in the field this US Military funded organization stated was: “Center scientists are actively engaged in studies of military deployment, combat stress and the mental health of active duty, Guard and Reserve and veterans. This research helps military command (leaders, physicians and mental health providers) mitigate, respond to and foster recovery from the consequences of war and other military extreme environments that can occur in combat, peacekeeping and humanitarian assistance. In addition, a primary focus of the Center is conducting studies of the impact of deployment on servicemen and women and their families. This research includes surveillance of psychiatric problems among battle injured soldiers, and measuring the psychological effect of treating severely injured and disfigured soldiers deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan on health care providers at institutions like Walter Reed Army Medical Center and the National Naval Medical Center.” [Note: The US Military has completely removed the website of their Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress organization early on the morning of 6 November 2009] From his position at the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress, Major Hasan became one of the originators of what is called the US Army’s “Warrior Combat Reset Program” set up to help American soldiers returning from war zones, or being redeployed to them, cope with what is called post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and which according to these reports led to his being at Fort Hood to “electronically prepare” an experimental group of US Soldiers for their return to the Iraq war zone. Important to be understood about these reports is their detailing that nearly all of the US Military Forces are suffering what is termed a “catastrophic” level of stress disorders, murders, rapes and suicides so bad that American commanders are now warning that the readiness of their forces in is danger of “outright collapse”, and which is no wonder being that in just three short months this will become the longest war in US history. Making the recycling of these battle hardened US Soldiers (to keep killing and dying for reasons they don’t even know about anymore) even more crucial are new American Military reports stating that over one-third of “Americans ages 17-24 are unqualified for military service because of physical and medical issues.” So to yesterday’s massacre at Fort Hood, and Major Hasan’s “true role” in it, we need to turn to a little known, but extremely shocking case filed in the United States this past spring by a San Francisco lawyer named Gordon Erspamer and alleging: “That [US] government scientists conducted human experiments at Edgewood is not in question. “The program involved testing of nerve agents, nerve agent antidotes, psychochemicals, and irritants,” according to a 1994 General Accounting Office (now the Government Accountability Office) report (PDF). At least 7,800 US servicemen served “as laboratory rats or guinea pigs” at Edgewood, alleges Erspamer’s complaint, filed in January in a federal district court in California. The Department of Veterans Affairs has reported that military scientists tested hundreds of chemical and biological substances on them, including VX, tabun, soman, sarin, cyanide, LSD, PCP, and World War I-era blister agents like phosgene and mustard. The full scope of the tests, however, may never be known. As a CIA official explained to the GAO, referring to the agency’s infamous MKULTRA mind-control experiments, “The names of those involved in the tests are not available because names were not recorded or the records were subsequently destroyed.” Besides, said the official, some of the tests involving LSD and other psychochemical drugs “were administered to an undetermined number of people without their knowledge.” And among these “experiments” conducted on US Soldiers by their government, and according to FSB files was a “research specialty” of Major Hasan’s, one was one called Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control Electronic Dissolution of Memory (RHIC-EDOM) which was pioneered for the US Military in the 1960’s by New York University Professor J. Anthony Deutsch who…“indicated that the mind is a transmitter and if too much information is received, like too many vehicles on a crowded freeway, the brain ceases to transmit. The Professor indicated that an excess of acetyl choline in the brain can interfere with the memory process and control. He indicated excess amounts of acetyl choline can be artificially produced, through both the administration of drugs or through the use of radio waves. The process is called Electronic Dissolution of Memory (EDOM). The memory transmission can be stopped for as long as the radio signal continues.” So strong was the American Military and Intelligence establishments’ belief that only by “erasing” the previous “battle stained” memories of their Soldiers could they be made to continue killing and dying that in 2007 they contracted with Russia’s Psychotechnology Research Institute in Moscow to purchase a system called Semantic Stimuli Response Measurements Technology (SSRM Tek) which is a software-based mind reader that tests a subject’s involuntary response to subliminal messages and which was used by the Soviet Military on Russian troops being redeployed to Afghanistan. Unfortunately for the Americans, and who were undoubtedly warned by their Russian counterparts about this, the previous Soviet experiments using SSRM Tek software combined with RHIC-EDOM technology had a very dangerous side-effect of “triggering immediate battle memories” instead of “erasing” them and resulting in masses of Russian troops who were undergoing these experiments to “erupt” in “immediate violence” which left an estimated 37 of them dead when they began (for no apparent reason) to begin firing upon each other.
In the United States today 13 American Soldiers lie dead, and many more are wounded leaving countless numbers of wives, children, fathers and mothers to mourn over their seemingly senseless killing. But, like the events of 9/11, the assassinations of their President John F. Kennedy, his brother Robert, and the great civil rights leader Martin Luther King have shown us, these Americans have been well schooled in seeing only what they are told to see when tragedies like these, and Fort Hood now, occur. Sometimes the childlike stories concocted by their propaganda masters to explain these horrific events are enough to placate the American people, but one has to wonder when at least some of them will wake up to the stark and brutal truth about what is happening to them. One can only wonder if these Americans had demanded the truth before if these Soldiers were massacred would still be alive? That is not in our knowing. But what is in our knowing is this, before they awaken from their long slumber these Americans can expect many more such deaths. We’re sure their propaganda organs are up to the task.
